Starter is sold only to a Customer purchasing a website for their trade or business. It is not sold to consumers.
Provide one commercial evidence field. VAT registration is not required. Sole traders may use a company number if they have one, or a public business website or profile URL.

Why is Starter £100?

Do I need to write the website text myself?
No. Harpyx writes the one-page website text from the accurate business facts you provide. You review and approve the wording before publication.
Is this a multi-page website?
No. Starter includes one website page with the listed features. Extra pages aren't part of the £100 package.
Can I see an example?
Yes, when the illustrative example is available. It shows a fictional service business, not a completed client project.
Is the contact form included?
Yes. Starter includes a contact form and tap-to-call. We use the genuine contact information and form destination you provide and test the functions before launch.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You purchase and own the domain separately; Harpyx assists with connecting it.
What if I want changes?
Two consolidated website revision rounds are included within scope. Problems attributable to Harpyx or work that doesn't meet the agreed scope are handled separately; extra work requires a separate quotation and your approval.
What happens after the first 12 months of hosting?
Hosting doesn't renew automatically. Any later renewal is optional and priced before you decide. The approved service terms must explain the supported end-of-hosting and migration arrangements before ordering opens.
